Our ideal candidates are those who can engage in collaborative efforts with the individuals they support to gain an in-depth understanding of their specific needs and aspirations.
Responsibilities of our support workers include implementing health and allied health support plans, mealtime plans, medication plans, and positive behavior support plans. They also offer assistance to individuals facing challenges such as psychosocial disability, traumatic experiences, and complex or evolving social circumstances.
Furthermore, we are in search of support workers who can provide comprehensive support to individuals and their families throughout childhood. This entails delivering support with sensitivity to their distinct needs and situations while promoting independence and autonomy.
